With the world on the brink of an apocalypse, Agent Mateo Álvarez-Moreno is tasked with saving it. His mission? He must retrieve the Palivak crystal, an artifact that grants its wielder unimaginable power, before a demon can end the world with it.

When his first attempt to retrieve the crystal fails, Mateo takes a minute to drown his sorrows at a bar. While there, a handsome stranger offers him information that could change the tide of this fight and help save the world.

Now, Mateo must decide whether to go against direct orders or trust the random hot guy he just met at a bar.

So, basically, the world is definitely ending.
