She thinks her life can’t get any worse. Until her new landlord walks in on her making chocolate cake in her underwear. Her incredibly gorgeous new landlord. While life in a country town is not her scene, the silver lining is Marnie, her landlord and the local vet. Gem finds that she wants to see Marnie more and more. Marnie has carved out a comfortable existence where she can be close to her dogs and horses and far away from people. But she can’t help but like her eccentric new tenant, even if she can’t seem to keep still. Their personalities are at odds, but neither can deny their attraction to the other.
