Overview

It’s four months after the tragic events of Once Burned. Kathy Scolari, a firefighter, is now wheelchair bound. Not only has she been harmed physically, but the accident has caused regression to her emotional state as well. Instead of relying on her family, especially her soulmate, she is continually pushing them away.

Candy is beside herself. The fact she is being pushed away is breaking her heart. Worse? Dangers from corrupt forces are threatening their fight for survival as a couple. Is it possible her own sister is one of the ones out to get them and do harm to them in any way possible?
