Overview

Gifted college chemist Steven has been in love with Tara, his sister's best friend, for years but was always too afraid to act on his feelings.

When his sister invites Tara over for an afternoon of lounging by the pool, Steven enacts his plan to win the younger girl's heart for good with the help of a chemical elixir he's been formulating for years.
