Joy's career comes second only to her son. Between her eight-year-old and curating an art museum, there isn't room for much else in her life... including fun, flings, or love.

When Joy meets the babysitter's mom, her priorities suddenly shift. Samantha is an older woman with sad eyes and commitment issues. She's the last person Joy should try to date... but somehow all Joy can think about is making her smile.
