Overview

Payton Max is a rich alpha in need of an omega. Recently discharged from the military and pulled off his failing suppressants, he needs a mate immediately. Unfortunately, the only omega he responds to is the most unsuitalbe omega of all.

And the omega in question isn't look for an alpha. Ever.

Karl Lansing is infamous. Kidnapped as a teenager and raised as an alpha, he was meant to commit a heinous crime, but didn't. Spared jail time, he lives his life quietly and has no desire to ever be mated. After what he's been through, he can't imagine behaving like a traditional omega would. He doesn't ever want to be mated, knotted or coddled. He doesn't want to answer to his alpha or get maintenance spankings. It wouldn't work no matter how gorgeous the big, beautiful alpha was.

Then he meets Payton and it feels like coming home. The man might technically be an alpha, but when he's with Karl he responds like an omega. Hell, if Karl had been born an alpha and Payton the omega, they might have the perfect relationship!

When Payton confesses that he grew up expecting to be an omega, Karl can't help but wonder if maybe they fit together after all.
