Major Sara Samzelius belongs to the Psychic Security Police Department. From an early age, she has been able to sense what the future holds, either through her consuming visions or through her faithful tarot cards. But this time, something unforeseen has happened. Ana Nord - an ex, twenty years removed - has been arrested for murder and claims she’s innocent. What’s more: Ana wants Sara to care for one of her adoptive daughters - Cheremey Nord - to make sure the loyal young woman doesn’t interfere with the police investigation. Reluctantly, Sara agrees, but in this tale, the treacherous floor has several trap doors. Is Ana really innocent, and in that case: who has set her up and why? What happens when you develop feelings for someone you absolutely shouldn’t love? And most important of all: when you can’t see the future, can you really trust anyone with your fragile, human heart?
